Description

" - Josh Raynolds

focusing on transparency and terroir expression rather than blending reserve wines

and balanced with just enough sweetness—it’s an amaro that favors roundness over aggression

The grapes for this wine average 45 years of age

2012 was a short vintage so this wine will not last long

Capurro Pisco Acholado Consignment " - Josh RaynoldsThe Capurro family's secret blend of grapes. Balanced, soft florals, chalky minerality.
