Rabbit and Seigaiha Square Kobachi Small Bowl MAKER_First Generation Kingyoku Nakada Let your creative juices flowThis square kobachi small bowl is crafted by Takayama, a renowned maker of Hasami porcelain, and decorated in the traditional blue and white sometsuke style using seitan, a kind of indigo. The inside of the bowl is beautifully adorned with a design of a rabbit leaping under the moon and the traditional seigaiha pattern of blue ocean waves. The seigaiha motif depicts gently spreading waves and is a traditional symbol of everlasting peace and happiness.
